By purchasing a subscription product from Vitarosa, you agree to the terms of our automatic refill program described below.

Billing Frequency Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled. You will be charged the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Recurring Charges When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery schedule.

Order Renewals Each renewal will automatically generate a new order that will be processed and shipped to the address on file.

Subscription Confirmation After completing your subscription purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order and subscription.

Managing Your Subscription You can manage, modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by either logging into our customer portal [here] or contacting our support team.

Cancellation Deadline To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Orders Already Processed Once a renewal order has been created and sent for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. The order will ship as scheduled, and your subscription will be cancelled effective immediately afterward — no further charges or shipments will follow.
